Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development: Design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) or relevant educational framework.
Educational Leadership: Provide guidance and support to educators, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) or equivalent framework.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Working with Children Check.
