We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Educational Leader to join our team. As the Educational Leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational program, curriculum, and learning experiences for children in our care. Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development: Design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) or relevant educational framework.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) or equivalent framework.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Working with Children Check.
