Your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing educational programs tailored to the unique needs of each child.
• Utilizing your strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS to maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensuring compliance with government regulations and our centre's policies and procedures.
• Building strong connections with local community stakeholders.
• Fostering positive relationships with children and families.
• Documenting children's skills and interests and maintaining a cycle of reflective practice.

Ideal candidate should have:

• A Diploma or higher qualification in Children's Services, as approved by ACECQA.
• Current certifications in first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma.
• A valid Employment Working with Children Check.
• Experience in early childhood education.
• Proficiency in EYLF and NQF.
• Proven experience and confidence in leading a classroom and developing educational programs.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Expertise in creating engaging programs based on children's interests and EYLF.
• The ability to observe, document, and contribute to children's learning portfolios.
