- A valid WWCC and First aid certificate
- Certificate III or Diploma Early Childhood Service / Education and Care, or equivalent
- A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Good mentoring and leadership skills
- A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education
- Right to Work in Australia
- Ideally, 6 months experience as an Educator, or in a similar position
