Form of work The Opportunity Do you have a passion for working with children and want to make a positive impact in a welcoming and supportive environment? We have an opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Educator to join our team in our Outside of School Hours Care (OSHC) service in Springwood, providing quality care and activities for school-aged children. On a day-to-day this includes: Delivery of a responsive early childhood program reflecting the service philosophy, My Time Our Place Framework (MTOP) and the voices of children. Creating responsive and inspiring learning environments for children. Contributing to the planning, documenting and implementation of an early childhood education program within MTOP that shows each individual child’s learning and growth. Ensuring an engaging, safe and aesthetic learning environment based on the knowledge of the child, children, MTOP and National Quality Standards (NQS) is presented and maintained.
