Educators | Rural View

Our specially designed Rural View centre is looking for Lead and Assistant Educators to join a beautiful team of Educators.

The centre operates from 6:30am to 6:30pm and boasts natural play environments, open-plan rooms, abundant and age-approximate learning resources, separate playgrounds, and both indoor and outdoor spaces to cater to 100 children.

About you:
You’re an experienced Educator (or working towards) with a passion for delivering high-quality care and an inclusive work style. Your delivery of the program is designed to empower our children as independent learners, nurturing their curiosity, resilience and self-awareness. Through engaging conversation with the children, you develop their inquisitive minds, laying the foundation for their learning journey with us.
  
You will possess:

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA approved equivalent
• Current Working with Children Check
• Proficiency in EYLF and National Quality Standards
• Australian Working Rights
• Great personal presentation
• Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with our families and the local community
• A desire to contribute to an awesome team
