What you'll be doing:
- Serving as the primary point of contact and SME for all matters related to environmental, health, and safety regulations in the JAPAC region.
- Overseeing and conducting EHS incident investigations, recommending corrective actions and tracking incident metrics.
- Conducting risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards, driving remediation of safety gaps.
- Developing and delivering training programs on EHS regulations and procedures.
- Maintaining EHS records and documentation, compiling and analysing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in all aspects of EHS, with a focus on regulatory compliance.
- Ability to provide guidance on ergonomic solutions and support employees in need.
- Expertise in the ANZ regulatory landscape and comfortable navigating and addressing inquiries from different countries within the region.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and oversee programs, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with regulatory requirements.
