About the Role:

The EL 1 Assistant DirectorIntegrity Reporting (Labour Hire) is accountable under broad direction to undertake very complex work that delivers quality outcomes across the risk functions of our Australian Government client's business.

The Role is an important team leadership position and will have delegated authority and responsibility to resolve issues and risks across wide-ranging activities of substantial depth involving significant detail.

The EL 1 Assistant DirectorIntegrity Reporting (Labour Hire) is responsible for actively managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships and where required will represent and negotiate on behalf of the client to advance their interests across a range of forums.


Duties:

  • Support the design and implementation of an integrity performance reporting framework, including performance monitoring and reporting to support the broader division.
  • Develop reporting collateral including templates, dashboards, updates and responses required to various reporting requirements and incorporating data.
  • Analyse and incorporate data into designated ongoing performance and operational reports.
  • Apply analytical and statistical techniques to highlight actionable insights into emerging trends.
  • Support the design and implementation of a benefit measurement framework to estimate and report on the impact of strategic initiatives for the client. 
  • Contribute to the preparation of briefs and reports that draw on evidence-based analysis for a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including the Executive and the Board’s committee.


Desirable experience and skills for the Role include:

  • Experience in SAS.
