Qualifications & experience
- ability to handle information professionally and confidentially, with the utmost discretion
- strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi task and adapt in a fast paced environment
- High computer literacy including, canva, powerpoint etc.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Certificate 4 in Real Estate Practice min
- current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
Tasks & responsibilities
- provide administrative support to Director
- general office management
- managing the scheduling of agendas, emails and various duties as requested by director
- organising team events and dealing with certain staff issues as directed
- producing reports, letters, emails, presentations and graphical information
- community involvement and liaison
