Description
As the Product Manager, you will lead the development of the program's Phase II product strategy and road map in line with the client's purpose and objectives taking into account key learning's and research undertaken in Phase 1.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal and external business owners and stakeholders including learning activity and evaluation suppliers, Education and Communications teams to deliver a high-quality product performance.
- Lead the development of increased reach and engagement strategies for Phase II of the Program to re-engage existing learners and engage new learners from across the Aged Care sector.
- Lead and monitor the Product's performance including:
- Gather, manage, and prioritise market/learner requirements.
- Manage and communicate the product road map including feature prioritisation.
- Lead the enhancement of existing features and test/monitor new product features to meet learner needs.
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog (new desired product features).
- Analyse and report on product status, analytics, user behaviour and other success measures required for evaluation.
- Monitor the marketplace for competitive governance educational offers to ensure the program is sustainable and relevant.
Essential requirements:
- Must be an Australian citizen.
- Solid understanding and demonstrated experience in data analytics.
- Highly developed user/learner insight skills.
- Basic user experience (UX) design skills.
- Demonstrated experience in product performance delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in Lean/agile product development methodology.
- Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience in participant engagement communications including social media.
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to complete security clearance and National Police Check.
- Experience in development of e-learning and/or education technology solutions.
- A working knowledge of the aged care sector.
