Your new branch
The Laboratories Branch is responsible for post market monitoring and compliance testing, investigations and reviews, as well as market authorisation assessments for therapeutic goods. The branch conducts laboratory testing in accordance with the laboratories testing program; lot release; provides scientific expertise to assess technical data for marketing authorisations; provides scientific and expert advice to internal stakeholders, committees, government etc.; and participates in the development of standards and international collaborative activities.
Key Duties:
Developing, monitoring and updating project plans
Developing and implementing change management plans
Developing and leading stakeholder consultation and communication plans
Developing and maintaining project SharePoint pages
Providing input to the development of eLearning modules to ensure they are appropriately targeted and effectively communicate key messages
Executive briefings on project implementation including opportunities and barriers
Key requirements
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
Project Management Experience
Stakeholder Management Experience
Change Management Experience
High level written and oral communications skills
Qualifications/ skills
Formal Qualifications in Project Management
QMS Experience
