About the Role
The EL1 Assistant DirectorIntegrity Reporting (Labour Hire) is responsible for actively managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships and where required will represent and negotiate on behalf of the NDIA to advance the NDIA’s interests across a range of forums.
Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Supporting the design and implementation of an integrity performance reporting framework, including performance monitoring and reporting to support the broader division.
- Developing reporting collateral including templates, dashboards, updates and responses required to various reporting requirements, incorporating data.
- Analysing and incorporating data into designated ongoing performance and operational reports.
- Application of analytical and statistical techniques to highlight actionable insights into emerging trends.
- Supporting the design and implementation of a benefit measurement framework to estimate and report on the impact of strategic initiatives addressing Scheme integrity.
- Contributing to the preparation of briefs and reports that draw on evidence-based analysis for a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including the Executive and the Board’s committees.
Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of the NDIS
- Experience in SAS
Eligibility/Other Requirements:
- The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment National Police History check, Worker Screening check and/or Working with Children Check (where required) and provide evidence of Australian Citizenship.
