We're seeking an In-House Accountant looking to grow their career and join our expanding finance team. We are looking for a corporate professional however, who ideally has experience working with rapidly growing business' and ideally within the Real Estate Industry. The role will be to primarily assist the CFO with the following:
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Reconciliation of client accounts
- BAS and tax
- General ledger maintenance
- Maintain records required for audit purposes
- Supporting the month-end processes
- Attendance to the MYOB file and other accounting systems
- Assisting with forecasting and budgeting
- Internal reporting to stakeholders
- General accounting duties to support the business
- Using strong accounting skills to improve processes
- Multiple company credit card reconciliations
- Managing the balance sheets
- Checking all accounts for GST
- Must have experience with MYOB & Xero
- Previous experience at an Accountant level is essential
- Previous experience within the real estate industry is highly desirable
- Must be CA or CPA qualified
- Strong ability to work towards tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Must be analytical and problem-solving
- Experience in financial reporting is required
