This role is a Labour Hire contract until the end of financial year 2024 (30 June 2024) with a 6 months extension opportunity.
Location: Canberra (ACT), Adelaide (SA) or Brisbane (QLD)
Mandatory Requirement: National Police Check
Responsibilities:
- Develop processes for optimising Property Service Provider performance.
- Ensure departmental obligations through policy reporting on property-related contracts.
- Build and manage key relationships for effective procurement.
- Manage Property Service Provider, ensuring compliance with Whole of Australian Government Deed.
- Provide expert advice to staff, Senior Executives, and stakeholders.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities and facilitate cooperation.
- Communicate balanced decisions, evaluating risks, and being sensitive to context.
- Contribute to identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance business practices.
- Leadership: Operate independently and exercise leadership.
