Your new role
Within this role you will perform a range of tasks that ensure the success of a key Grants Program within the Department. Duty of the role are inclusive of, but not limited to the following;
- Manage a team of grants assessors
- Develop assessment guidelines and frameworks for the assessment and management of new and existing grants
- Provide advice to grant applications surrounding the status of their applications
- Manage escalations of issues pertaining to unsatisfactory application outcomes
- Report on the program status
- Report on the budget and milestone reporting
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Other adhoc tasks as required
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with the APS in a similar position. This role is only open to Australian citizens and you must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Government Security Clearance (baseline, NV1 or NV2)
