About the Role:
This newly created position will directly report to our Chief Financial Officer. It offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with proven experience in Controller and Corporate reporting roles, holding CA/CPA accreditation that are customer focused and have a track record of managing change and delivering improvements in systems and processes. We seek someone with a commercial mindset, driven by a passion for robust financial processes, and eager to implement them within our small but ambitious renewable energy organization.
Particulars of the role include:
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Financial Controller role will be responsible for managing all financial activities of the business, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. This role involves overseeing financial reporting and analysis, as well as managing financial risks and optimising financial processes to drive efficiency. You will be responsible for leading the Finance function of two direct reports which includes financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and billing services.
