We are seeking a part time (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) Payroll Officer to join our HR team at our Support Office in Hallam. This role, reporting into the Payroll Manager, is a new role to support our growing Australian owned business.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Assist the Payroll Manager in end to end payroll processing of both the weekly and monthly payrolls
- Processing new starters, terminations and payroll adjustments
- Handling employee queries
- Maintenance of our payroll system (ADP Payforce)
- Assisting with the processing of legislative payments
We are looking for an individual who possess the below skills:
- Prior payroll experience in high volume environment with an EBA and multiple awards
- Excellent computer/systems experience including Excel. Prior ADP Payforce experience is advantageous
- Knowledge of Australian payroll legislation
- Highly organised, ability to handle multiple priorities and a strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoys working within a team
