- Project Phases Management: Guide projects through the 5 critical phases: Initiation, Design and Documentation, Delivery, Handover/Takeover, and Defects Liability Period.
- Scope & Risk Management: Oversee project scope, mitigate risks, and manage changes efficiently.
- Reporting & Communication: Keep everyone informed with regular progress reports and updates.
- Documentation & Systems: Set up robust project administration systems and document control processes.
- Cost Management: Estimate, budget, monitor, and manage project costs with precision.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Risk Management: Develop and implement contingency plans, and escalate unmanageable risks.
- Completion & Handover: Seamlessly coordinate handover activities and document lessons learned.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional at liaising with stakeholders and developing comprehensive project briefs for security upgrades.
- Project Delivery: Solid experience in delivering construction and security infrastructure projects.
- Procurement Savvy: Skilled in procuring and managing consultants and contractors.
- Design Review: Adept at ensuring design consistency, usability, and implementation of security components.
- Problem Solver: Capable of identifying and addressing issues before they escalate.
- Documentation & Contracts: Proficient in developing statements of work and drafting contract work orders.
- Budget Management: Strong ability to understand and manage project budgets.
