Duties:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to pinpoint learning priorities
- Analyse performance metrics and feedback to shape learning strategies.
- Design custom curricula and resources to suit diverse learning styles.
- Collaborate with experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
- Lead engaging training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually.
- Implement innovative instructional techniques and technology for enhanced learning.
- Establish evaluation criteria to measure the impact of learning interventions.
- Gather and analyse participant feedback for continuous improvement.
About You:
- Minimum 7 years in learning/OCM consulting, with ICT experience preferred.
- Expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery.
- Proficient in LMS and e-learning authoring tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
