What you will be doing
Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Project Officer is responsible for coordinating and supporting projects within the warehouse. This role will be responsible for:
- Supporting pick and pack teams for the establishment of resourcing consignments to be dispatched to election venues
- Supporting warehouse projects associated with the planning, delivery, and finalisation of election events
- Managing transport delivery and collection schedules and assist with the preparation of consignments
- Supporting computerised counts and training staff on VEC's in-house applications

- High-level verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and problem solve
- Demonstrated experience working in a warehouse environment
- Ability to multitask whilst maintaining a high attention to detail
- Commitment to the VEC's core vales
