Applications are invited for the position of Electorate Officer to Labor
Member for Franklin, Dean Winter MP.
We are looking for someone with a sound understanding of the Tasmanian
political landscape and process, as well as community and government
services. The position will include assisting people to access community
and government services and requires well developed written and oral
communication, organisation and administrative skills. A keen interest in
community and online engagement is essential.
The successful applicant will undertake electorate and constituent work
for the Member for Franklin, including managing stakeholder and community
engagement, organising meetings and running the Electorate Office.
The position is full-time with some flexibility required in working hours by
agreement. Base salary in the range of $68,275 - $74,628 plus superannuation.
