What's on offer?
Join our dynamic team as an Electrical Design Consultant and become an integral part of our Showroom experience, where we tailor our services to meet the unique needs of each customer.
In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in Electrical Design to create personalised plans encompassing decorative lighting, power, data, security, and heating & cooling solutions. Based primarily at our Docklands Head Office, with occasional travel to our Geelong Showroom and other Victorian locations, you'll enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work model, blending office and remote work, alongside a rotating roster that grants you some Mondays off.
Your responsibilities will include consulting with customers to understand their vision and budget, crafting and presenting Electrical Design solutions, managing product catalogues, and staying abreast of design trends through partnerships with suppliers. Above all, you'll ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
What can you bring?
To excel in this role, you should bring previous experience in electrical consulting or a similar interior design field, coupled with the ability to communicate technical information in an accessible manner. Strong written and verbal communication skills, a natural curiosity about industry trends, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service are essential.
