Cossill & Webley is a market leading civil engineering consultancy, specialising in land development and civil infrastructure projects. We are currently seeking an Electrical Designer to join our Energy Transformation team, located in Subiaco.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for renewable energy projects and large master planned subdivisional and infrastructure projects.
- Liaise and provide expert advice to the Principal Electrical Engineer, sub-consultants and clients as required.
- Contribute to the development of electrical designs, specifications, and system layouts.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
We are looking for someone who has:
- An interest in electrical design and passion for renewable energy.
- A friendly and welcoming disposition - believes in the importance of contributing positively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in the use of Microstation and AutoCAD.
- Distribution design and private AS3000 experience.
- Can read and produce single line diagrams.
- NBN experience with the ability to produce NBN Pit and Pipe networks designs desirable.
- TAFE completed Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Electrotechnology.
- Be highly motivated with the ability to work in a team.
- Have an efficient and meticulous manner with the desire to produce outstanding results for our clients on a daily basis.
