Aambianz Pty Ltd provides sun control, ventilation and balustrade solution to the construction industry. Our major products are Ventilation Louvres, Architectural Louvres, Acoustic Louvres, Solar Shading, Perforated Screens and BiPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaic).
We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team and contribute to our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of electrical equipment and processes, as well as providing technical support for ongoing projects and initiatives.
JOB DESCRIPTION – Electrical Engineer
1. Interpreting specifications, drawings, standards and regulations relating to electric power equipment and use.
2. Organising and managing resources used in the supply of electrical components, machines, appliances and equipment.
3. Maintaining Electrical and Electronic CNC equipment’s and tools.
4. Evaluating performance of machines and plan preventive maintenance.
5. Troubleshooting and resolving any electrical issues that may arise during the installation to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
6. Establishing delivery and installation schedules for machines and fittings.
7. Monitoring electrical systems for signs of deterioration or potential failures and taking proactive measures to address them.
8. Design Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BiPV) system for facad integrated solar panels.
9. Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and procedures. Ensuring electrical systems are installed and operating in compliance with national electrical codes and state regulations.
10. Stay updated on Industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Electrical Engineering.
Required Knowledge and Skills
· Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
· At least 2 years’ experience as Electrical Engineer, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
· Proven experience with AutoCAD, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks Electrical, or EPLAN.
· Demonstrated experience in PLC programming, motor control, instrumentation, and industrial automation.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
