Electrical Estimator

Nilsen (WA) Pty Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an experiencedElectrical Estimator to join their Engineering Services Division team in the Bibra Lake office.  This role will see you accurately estimate the costs associated with small to medium electrical projects including analysing project specifications, blueprints and client RFQs to determine materials, labour, and overhead costs required.  The Electrical Estimator plays a pivotal role and requires technical skills, attention to detail and effective communication with our key stake holders and clients.

To be successful in this position you will require:

• 2-5 Years’ experience in tendering and estimating in the electrical industry.
• Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong networking, negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast paced environment with multiple and competing demands.
• The ability to work autonomously and efficiently developing relationships with suppliers, and customers.
• Proficient computers skills.
• Candidates with high voltage experience are encouraged to apply
