Autonomous operator
We are looking for someone that will take the bull by the horns showing initiative to liaise with our existing clients, meet with new clients, carry out site visits and complete estimates for new work.
Ideally you will also have your own contacts that you can leverage off and build new business.
Technical ability
You will have experience in heavy industrial, mining and commercial electrical installations and maintenance and be able to put together pricing and proposals.
You must be able to listen to customers and design bespoke proposals that solve problems.
You are not expected to know everything but must be willing to learn new skills. Training will be provided as required.
A great attitude
We are looking for someone that is excited by working with a new scale-up and to grow with the company. Working with us to make our processes as easy and user friendly, communication is essential to provide constructive feedback as we grow. A friendly, proactive can-do attitude is essential. The roll is ideal for someone that enjoys variety the opportunity to grow and learn new skills.

This role will be based on commission.
