Our business is about delivering challenging projects all over WA. We have a small team that is dedicated to delivering for our customers, wherever they may need us. Right now, we need to grow our team to keep up with current demand for our services, and vital to our success is the support our admin team provides to both our customers and onsite personnel.
About the role
Right now we are looking for a future office legend! You'll need to be self motivated, a quick thinker and a problem solver, ready to tackle new challenges each day in a busy and growing business. No two days are the same, and you'll be flat out each day so you can be sure the days will go quickly!
The successful applicant will be key in supporting our existing office team and growing in to the role over time. On the job training will be provided so you can assist with general office administrative duties, supporting in contract administration for current projects, accounts entry using Xero and Procore, as well as assisting with estimating, tenders and procurement.
Skills and experience
To give you the best chance of succeeding, we are seeking someone with the following skills and attributes so you can hit the ground running
- Experience with Outlook, Word and Excel
- Professional phone manner
- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
- Well organised and detailed in approach to tasks, ensuring requested tasks are followed through and completed
- Proactive and flexible approach.
- Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously and maintain motivation
