Electrical Fire Technicians

Local to Tasmania, Core Talent's Trade & Labour division are excited to be partnering with a fully Tasmanian owned and operated business.Currently we have direct requirements for Electrical Fire Technicians, working specifically on industrial and large-scale commercial projects across the state's southern region, inclusive of the Hobart's CBD.With the core projects heavily focused on the installation, commissioning and maintenance of fire systems, emergency lighting, and other others electrical systems related to fire protection. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in diagnosing electrical faults, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have a deep understanding of fire safety codes.Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Install, inspect, test and maintain fire alarm systems and emergency lighting.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical components and systems related to fire protection.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national fire safety codes and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and provide detailed reports to clients.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to deliver high-quality service.
• Provide technical support and training to clients as needed.
