Our Energy Team is looking for an Electrical, Instrumentation & Control Engineer to join with demonstrated experience in process control of fuel facilities and terminals (or equivalent) to work as part of a national Energy team.
This varied role offers the ideal candidate an opportunity to utilise their skills across engineering design, project & client management and also offers personal growth and development, with real development opportunities towards leadership within the organisation.
What does the role involve?
- Support the delivery of energy, fuel & dangerous goods projects related to design, compliance, and safety
- Development of engineering solutions
- Site based inspections, engineering, and commission services to internal and external projects
- Provide detailed advice in relation to engineering design and related standards
- Deliver complex projects across various industries
- Be part of a team of engineers to deliver a project including complete design for construction
Who are we looking for?
- Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent, recognised by Engineers Australia
- Demonstrated experience in Process Control Engineering within an engineering consultancy or equivalent on-site experience gained through working for a Major Oil Company
- Experience in process control engineering, P&ID and Controls within wastewater, petrochemical, pharmaceutical or related industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work withinh a team of engineers and graduates and represent ACOR with the client
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional consulting environment
