An Electrical Leading Hand oversees and directs personnel of similar disciplines within a work area whilst remaining hands on in their own discipline. They are responsible for the daily execution of project delivery activities onsite, while acting as a point of reference for managers and crew.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assigning general and daily duties to another employee on the site, ensuring that quality standards and safety precautions are followed and met
- Training and coordinating staff as needed, ensuring that they have the resources they need to fulfil their job requirements
- Completing electrical works
- Planning and reviewing the overall status of projects on an ongoing basis
- Supervising and managing the use and maintenance of tools, materials and equipment
- Coordinating the use of OHS policies, ensuring workplace compliance, and reporting hazards and near misses
- Foster a workforce culture of excellence, innovation, honesty and teamwork
About You:
- Electrical Trade Qualifications
- Exposure to renewable construction projects desirable
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solution focused with an ability to problem solve promptly
- Excellent time management skills and confidence in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders
- In depth knowledge of HSE requirements
