About the Role
We have an excellent opportunity for Electrical Site Foremanposition.
The ideal candidate will require hands on experience to deliver projects of minimum value of two million and will be responsible for supervising crew members, and workplace participants to maximize productivity.
Complete tasks in a timely and efficiently manner, and work in accordance with our project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
To be considered for position you must possess the following:
- Meet program milestones
- Attend sub contractor meetings
- Excellent time management & schedule electrical works
- Project budget planning scheduling & monitoring,
- Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Able to read and interpret all construction drawings
- Provide management with accurate timely reports and progress
- Run a team 5-10 Electricians, trade assistants, apprentices
- Ability to mentor, train and instruct apprentices
- Must present themselves well on a daily basis
- Have an organized and efficient approach to work
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to company guidelines & HSQE
- Required to be hands on when required.
- Proficient abilities in Microsoft Office is essential & ability to work with software systems- SIMPRO
- Required to work six day week
We require all new employees to undergo a probationary period.
Requirements:
- Current NSW Qualified Supervisors or Contractors License
- OHS White Card
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous Site Foreman experience is essential
- Australian experience and full working rights are essential
