Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate electrical projects, including installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the electrical team members.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Monitor project progress and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Train and mentor junior electrical staff .
About you :
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, preferably in the - commercial construction or resource sector.
- Trade qualification in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and components.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Sound understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
- Valid WA driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Can commit to a 2:1 or 3:1 roster.
