The Role
Genus Industrial Services is seeking 2 Electrical Supervisors for BHP Mount Keith.
Working days and hours, start and finish time:
3:1 Roster, 12 day shifts transitioning into 9 night shifts, 10 hours / shift.
The Electrical Supervisor purpose is to provide daily direction, instructions and guidance to the team to achieve project goals.
Commencement: 13th May 2024
Duration: 3 months
Essential Skills / Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum 3 yrs experience in a supervisory position
- Valid "A" Grade Electrical Licence
- High level communication, including active listening skills
- Able to provide constructive criticism and feedback
- Strong Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.
