Form of workAbout the Role 🛠️ As a fully qualified, Experienced Electrician at Big Blue Electrical, you'll be more than just a tradesperson. You'll be a leader, mentor, and key player in our diverse commercial projects within the southwest. At Big Blue, the opportunities arise for those who desire and strive for success. Your responsibilities include:
🌟 Leading and supervising tradesman and apprentices, and working with the other key personnel and management.
🌐 Facilitating, guiding and completing first and second fix works across various job types
🔍 Ensuring compliance with Australian wiring rules and codes
🏗️ Overseeing project timelines and milestones with precision. Procurement and engagement of materials and other subcontractors respectively.
🚀 Contributing innovative ideas to enhance project efficiency and excellence

Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified electrician with a current Western Australian Electrical License and have a current Australian Work Visa/Residency/Citizenship. You will also need the following:
- Past experience and the current desire to be a team leader/supervisor.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Experience working in both commercial construction environment
- White Card (OHS Construction Card)
Desirable;
- EWP High Risk License
- Open and Structured Cabling License
- Police Clearance
- Thermal Imaging level 1 certified.
