Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital works. Monadelphous has been operating in New South Wales since 2000 and is well-established as a local business. The role of Electrical Supervisor will see you working Monday to Friday across multiple sites in the Hunter Valley region NSW, on a permanent contract.
This role will be responsible for supervising electrical project scopes; planning, coordinating, and supervising daily activities of work crews; ensuring compliance with internal, client, and legislative HSE requirements; and ensuring that the quality, production, and environmental requirements of the project are met.
This is a local position. Relocation package available.

What you will bring
- Demonstrable experience as an Electrical Supervisor in the resources or construction sector
- Electrical Trade Cert and a current NSW Electrical License
- Cert III in Instrumentation (highly regarded)
- Site based maintenance and shutdown experience in the mining industry
- Fixed plant maintenance and projects experience (highly regarded)
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills and demonstrable experience achieving tight deadlines
- Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment
- Proof of right to work in Australia
