NECA Education & Careers provides training to the Electrical industry as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in our purpose-built facilities. This includes pre-apprenticeship, apprenticeships and industry short courses and qualifications.
Our team ensures every student has access to a quality education delivered by qualified teachers with extensive industry experience and a passion for sharing knowledge and skills.
We do not settle in the ‘here and now’ but look to improve and expand with the industry and its ever-growing technologies, which now includes remote delivery as required, increasing our online footprint.
The Role
To teach and assess in apprenticeship and industry short course training programs, imparting your knowledge and experience of the electrical industry. Ensuring a safe working environment for students during their training experience

Qualifications and Experience
- A Grade –Energy Safe Victoria Electrical licence (current)
- 5-10 years Electrical Industry experience
- 2 years VET Teaching experience (desirable)
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment
- Working with Children’s check (current employee version)
