Electrical Trade Supervisor

The Maintenance Services are looking for an Electrical Trade Supervisor to join their team. Metro South Maintenance Services are the incumbent maintenance provider for Metro South Health Hospitals and Health Service (MSH) Facilities, with the primary objective to manage the corrective and preventative maintenance for all MSH infrastructure and facilities. Metro South’s asset management objectives define the approach for delivering maintenance outcomes and the role of Maintenance management in supporting the achievement of the organisational objectives.

About the Role

• Actively participate in a peer or executive lead working environment, working groups, meetings procurement evaluation panels, strategic and operation planning, plant maintenance strategies, supporting quality human resource management practices, including Performance Appraisal and Development, Workplace Health and Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity and Anti-discrimination.
• Continue to cultivate a team culture that supports, empowers and develops its individuals to reach their full potential within Metro South Health, through identification of opportunities and mentoring, including development of a cohesive and supportive environment.
• Utilise a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to ensure an exceptional standard of service is maintained, providing responsive and accurate support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders in relation to planning, coordination and operational activity of all trade services, across Metro South Health.
