About the Role
- Actively participate in a peer or executive lead working environment, working groups, meetings procurement evaluation panels, strategic and operation planning, plant maintenance strategies, supporting quality human resource management practices, including Performance Appraisal and Development, Workplace Health and Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity and Anti-discrimination.
- Continue to cultivate a team culture that supports, empowers and develops its individuals to reach their full potential within Metro South Health, through identification of opportunities and mentoring, including development of a cohesive and supportive environment.
- Utilise a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to ensure an exceptional standard of service is maintained, providing responsive and accurate support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders in relation to planning, coordination and operational activity of all trade services, across Metro South Health.
