The Opportunity:
Are you a proactive and reliable electrician with a passion for ensuring the safety and functionality of electrical systems? We're seeking a skilled Commercial Service Electrician to join our team and play a pivotal role in maintaining the electrical infrastructure for our major retail and commercial clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems through preventative maintenance and reactive works. With an early start on most shifts (3am – 11am) and a focus on autonomy, this role presents a unique opportunity for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy the satisfaction of solving complex problems. Tasks and responsibilities may include:

• Complete Quarterly, annual and 5 yearly testing of equipment and appliances.
• RCD Checks and replacements.
• Emergency lighting checks and replacements. 
• UPS checks, Upgrades, and replacements.
• Generator Checks and servicing.
• Thermographic testing of distribution boards.
• General inspection of electrical equipment and environment locations.
• Reporting of any identified faults and Issues.
• Assisting with estimations of time and materials for fault repairs.
• Undertake inspection, testing, and verification activities.

The successful applicant will have:

• WA Electrical Licence
• Current drivers licence
• White Card
• CPR/LVR
• Great Communication with customers and other team members
• Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
