- Qualified Electricians
About the Role
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance procedures on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Respond promptly to equipment failures or electrical issues, diagnose the issue, and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime.
- Perform repairs on electrical systems and components, including wiring, switches, motors, and control panels. Replace faulty parts as needed to maintain equipment reliability and safety.
- Installation, testing and commissioning of various cabling & electrical systems in commercial environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, procedures, and manufacturer guidelines while carrying out maintenance tasks.
- Identify and address safety hazards promptly and report any incidents or near-misses to the appropriate personnel.
- May be required to work outside of normal work hours on occasion, inclusive of weekends and night shift.
- May be required to travel outside of CBD and rural.

Skills and experience
Essential Skills required for this position are:
- Current unrestricted SA Electrical Workers Licence
- Construction Industry White Card
- DCSI Working with Children clearance
- LVR/CPR
- Current SA Drivers Licence
- Equipped with own Tool Kit
- Willing to undergo National Police Check
Other Skills Highly regarded but not Essential include:
- Hospital patient area electrical experience
- Open Comms registration
- EWP/Yellow Card
- Senior First Aid
- Working at Heights
- Security Licence
