Electric Environs is a proud South Australian owned electrical business, and has gone from strength to strength in recent times. Due to this exciting, rapid phase of growth, we are on the lookout for an energetic, self-motivated qualified electrician to join our growing team. We are a highly diversified company working in different sectors including Commercial maintenance, new custom homes, multi storey medium density developments, sub divisions, commercial fit outs and commercial construction works in the new build and refurbishment space. Internally we also have our own machinery completing underground services.
Due to our diversity we are looking for technicians that are interested in the following roles or a technician who would like to be exposed to all the roles below and expand their knowledge and skill set.

For Maintenance Role : Responsibilities in this role is, but not limited to:( most work related to strata and commercial maintenance)
- Programmed maintenance
- Exit and emergency testing
- Test and Tag
- Thermal imagining
- RCD testing
- Commercial / residential/ maintenance duties within strata/ commercial buildings and shopping centres
- Fault finding
- Liaise with clients and facility managers
- Mentor and guide less experienced team members who work in your department
- Perform duties in team environment and independently
- Liaising with customers, employees and suppliers on a daily basis.
- Excellent communications skills with team leaders and client
For Domestic / Commercial Role : Responsibilities in this role is, but not limited to:
- First and second fixing
- Testing and commissioning
- Reading and interpreting plans
- Mentor and guide less experienced team members who work in your department
- Perform duties in team environment and independently
- Liaising with customers, employees and suppliers on a daily basis.
- Excellent communications skills with team leaders and client

The successful applicant will be supplied with a company vehicle, fuel card and phone allowance.
Experience with Simpro preferable, as well as construction tickets such as working at heights. White card is essential.
