Qualifications & experience
- Cert III in Electrotechnology
- Experience in construction
- QLD Electrical licence
- Drivers Licence
- All relevant construction cards
- Commitment to safety protocols and practices to ensure a secure work environment.
- Basic proficiency in using computers for project documentation, communication, and accessing online resources.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Domestic Construction: Execute electrical installations for new residential constructions, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
- Shop Fit-Outs: Collaborate with project teams to design and implement electrical systems for retail spaces, providing efficient and reliable solutions.
- Refurbishments: Upgrade and refurbish existing electrical systems in residential and commercial settings, addressing modernization and safety requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with construction teams, architects, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of electrical components in projects
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues during construction, fit-outs, and refurbishments to maintain project timelines
- Basic Computer Literacy: Utilize computer skills for tasks such as project documentation, communication, and accessing relevant information online
