We are looking for reliable and experienced Electricians who are willing to apply their skills and knowledge with our current experienced team across multiple sites in the Sydney Metropolitan area.
Roles & Responsibilities
Roles:
- Provide input to all aspects of the electrical installation
- Carry out defect inspections when required
- Carry out commissioning with on site personnel to the satisfaction of the latest Australian Standards and client’s expectations.
- Have an excellent understanding of the relevant Australian Standards
- Participate in Quality Assurance and Safety requirements.
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Undertake training as required.
- Determining job priorities and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
Skills and experience we require:
- Experience in the Electrical industry
- Sound Knowledge of Australian Standards
- An electrical licence is mandatory
- Compliance with project risk, safety, and compliance
- Current White Card
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills

Family-owned and operated, we offer our clientele a variety of technical trade services. Typically, our clients own or manage commercial property in and around the Sydney CBD and Metropolitan areas.
The Business offers several disciplines, including Fire Services, HVAC Mechanical Services, General Electrical and Mechanical Electrical, and controls. We also offer automation (Building Management Systems), as this discipline is at the core of the business's genesis.
We have been in business for more than twelve years, and although fire services are a recent addition to the core fundamentals of our offer to clientele, we have a lengthy past in service, maintenance, repairs, projects, and construction.
About the role
This role is busy, energetic and can be demanding. you will not get board. Fire Services and HVAC mechanical work, as well as general and mechanical electrical, will be asked of you. On-the-job training will be provided where needed.
An individual with a spark and enthusiasm for initiative and attention to detail will thrive in this role, or a self-starter who enjoys the “deep end” and can handle some of the more mundane tasks with a few skills in Microsoft Office and similar programs will enjoy the variety and the challenges.

We use a third-party service software package to manage jobs, time sheets and service dockets.
The role is essentially autonomous, working unsupervised and giving you the opportunity to develop client relationships and expand the role.
New business you bring in will attract a commission, although sales is not a mandatory part of the role, technicians are rewarded for their initiative.
Your knowledge with the relevant Australian Standards and the NCC will be highly regarded.
