About the role:
As a part of this driven team, you will be the initial NSW employee to spear head the company’s establishment in the region. You will be the face of the company and your experience will build and develop established and new relationships based on the company’s ethos.
Surrounded by likeminded individuals whilst working across a variety of different projects. Your stakeholder communication and negotiation skills will be utilised as you navigate each project from beginning to end.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Project Planning
- Design coordination.
- Client/stakeholder management and consultation
- Risk Management
- Procurement of construction services and consultants
- Delivery of construction services
- Cost control, cost reporting, forecasting
- Commissioning and post contract duties for handover
- Branch reporting and development
Skills and Qualification requirements:
- Min 3 + years of end-to-end project management experience on small to medium domestic construction works
- Trade qualified (Certificate 3)
- Certificate 4 or Diploma in building and construction preferred.
- Certificate 1 in building and construction
- Min 3 + years of Insurance construction experience
- Insurance estimating experience
- Medium to high level of computer literacy (Prime, Microsoft project, Outlook)
- Detailed knowledge of building regulations, Australian Standards, NCC and permit requirements.
- The right candidate will also have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to think laterally, critically, and strategically.
- Someone who can see the bigger picture, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
