AddressJob Title: Electrical Data tech
Location: CBD Sydney ,South West Sydney, Western Sydney, Nor-West Sydney
Salary: Depending on experience; $43-53
We're looking for Data & Security techs with experience and exposure who come from the commercial / commercial construction background. The scale of projects my client currently has are on the of large-scale, you could be on the same site for 8 months +. Most of the work they bring on will be installation, very rarely will you being doing miner works/ service and maintenance.

About the Role & Client:
The projects you will be jumping right into are; Hospitals/ schools/ offices and data centers. They have a number of temp and perm positions on the cards, so if this sounds like you're next role apply now! You must have the ability to work a minimum of 40 hours a week +.
- Experience working on commercial and infrastructure projects is a MUST
- Data and security knowledge
- Be an experienced Data Cabler and/or a Licensed Electrician/ overseas qualified
- Reading plans and drawings to deliver the project
- Minimum of 2 years' experience

Duties:
- Pulling cables / looming cables - CAT 5 / 6
- Wiring / termination's of outlets - RJ45s ect
- Installation of electrical containment - must have experience
- Working with security cabling - CTTV, access control panels, door locks
- Basic testing and fault finding - if required
- Working on patch panels - Comms racks and rooms
- Fiber Optic experience will be highly regarded but not essential
- Commercial AV experience
- Telecommunication - Adventure
- Open cablers license - Adventure
- White card - Essential
Skills & Requirement:
- Working on exciting long-term projects
- Well above market rates with allowances and overtime

- Company vehicle (Perm role's only)
- Don't have to have an electrical qualification
