Together with our service division, Mr Goodair, we work hand in hand with HVAC&R consultants, contractors, dealers and end users to ensure the best possible products and service.

Due to further expansion, we are currently seeking the services of a committed fully qualified electrical trade technician to work across our various divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain our electrical servicing, repairs and maintenance opportunities in both commercial and domestic industries.
• Carry out the preventative and scheduled maintenance of heating and cooling equipment with full training provided.
• Contribute to the teams performance and capability by providing quality workmanship to maintain and enhance the reliability of units.
• Maintain and enhance relationships and communication with both staff and customers.
• Provide technical support to the Sales Team when required.
• Work in a safe manner abiding by the company policy.
• Diagnose malfunctions, faults and breakdowns of the machinery and perform necessary repairs.
• Carry out general repairs and maintenance of machinery and equipment by diagnosing and troubleshooting special service problems following all building codes, blueprints, instructions, and manuals.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Current drivers license
• A Class electrical license
• Enthusiastic self-starter attitude
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Effective time management skills
• Attention to detail & technical problem solving ability
• Ability to work after hours and overtime when required

This is a grass roots opportunity to establish and develop the electrical division, growing with the company to make your mark in a small team environment with an extensive backup support network. Full training is available with the opportunity for further study or upskilling, along with the prospect of becoming a dual trade technician.
