Established building services contractor with growing BMS arm have recently secured several new service contracts and associated projects work within the commercial and healthcare sectors.
  
Poised for further growth in the BMS division there is an immediate requirement for a BMS Service Engineer to join the team.
  
Position
As BMS Service Engineer you will report into the manager for BMS and your new role will offer variety like no other. Responsibilities will include;

• Planned and reactive maintenance
• Optimisation of BMS and HVAC control strategies
• Minor works project management
• Quotes
• Commissioning
• Engineering
• Client / account management
• Subcontractor coordination

You
To be successful you will have worked in a similar role previous and have an excellent understanding of BMS and HVAC fundamentals. You will also demonstrate the following;

• BMS service and optimisation
• Excellent customer service
• Able to build rapport with external and internal stakeholders
• BMS commissioning (desirable)
• BMS engineering (desirable)
• Electrical licence (desirable)
• Tridium Niagara (desirable)
