AddressGrosvenor are a leader in technical asset management within the commercial space, maintaining and servicing Fire, HVAC, Electrical and other systems for our vast range of clients nationally.
Due to a continued growth, we’re on the lookout for a top talent Electrician to work out of our Moorebank office. You’ll build long lasting relationships with our customers by using your skills to diagnose faults and provide solutions!
The Role:
- Provide maintenance, service, Installations, and repairs across a range of commercial sites including High Rise, Office Parks, Retail, Aged Care and Health.
- Attend breakdowns and provide installations when needed.
- Ensure the continuation of existing service contracts whilst capitalizing on repairs, refurbs and new business opportunities.
- Work with a team of professional Electricians to provide top notch service to our client base.
Selection Criteria:
- Your trade qualification – Cert III in Electrotechnology and Full electrical licence
- Hands on experience with electrical repairs, emergency breakdowns, maintenance, and installations within a commercial space. On Mechanical Electrical controls and components.
- Current OHS/WHS Construction induction card and Current Driver’s licence
- EWP ticket desirable
- Confidence with computers and software
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, professional attitude and great personal presentation
- Curiosity – someone who enjoys autonomy as well as working within a team, and a proactive self-starter
- Proven ability to achieve targets while maintaining focus on quality and safety
