Electrician Technician

Grosvenor are a leader in technical asset management within the commercial space, maintaining and servicing Fire, HVAC, Electrical and other systems for our vast range of clients nationally. 

Due to a continued growth, we’re on the lookout for a top talent Electrician to work out of our Brisbane office. You’ll build long lasting relationships with our customers by using your skills to diagnose faults and provide solutions! 

The Role:

• Provide maintenance, service, Installations, and repairs across a range of commercial sites including High Rise, Office Parks, Retail, Aged Care and Health.
• Work across a range of electrical systems including New installations of Mechanical systems, BMS/Controls wiring, Variable Speed Drives and Fault finding where required.
• Attend breakdowns and provide installations when needed.
• Ensure the continuation of existing service contracts whilst capitalizing on repairs, refurbs and new business opportunities.
• Work with a team of professional Electricians to provide top notch service to our client base.

Selection Criteria:

• Your trade qualification – Cert III in Electrotechnology and Full electrical licence
• Hands on experience with electrical repairs, emergency breakdowns, maintenance, and installations within a commercial space. On Mechanical Electrical controls and components. 
• Current OHS/WHS Construction induction card and Current Driver’s licence
• Confidence with computers and software
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, professional attitude and great personal presentation
• Curiosity – someone who enjoys autonomy as well as working within a team, and a proactive self-starter
• Proven ability to achieve targets while maintaining focus on quality and safety
