Form of workUltimate Security Australia is a fast-growing security company providing end to end security service solutions to large customer base (both residential and commercial) nationwide. Our services include Back to Base Alarm Monitoring (Grade A1), one-stop-shop E-Security provider (design up to installation), Mobile Patrols and Static Guards.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for Service Technicians to join our team in Sydney.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installing & servicing a wide range of alarm/security systems, CCTV systems, Intercom Systems, Access control and integrated systems.
- Providing preventative maintenance for both alarm & CCTV systems.
- Liaising with key customers on technical and service matters.
- Cooperating closely with the team to attend service call outs as they arise.
- Providing outstanding customer service to clients at all times.
- Demonstrating ability to work unsupervised with attention to detail.
SELECTION CRITERIA
- A valid NSW Security Licence
- Open Registration Cabling Licence
- White Card
- A valid Drivers’ Licence
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a service technician in the security industry
- Knowledge and Competency on some or all of the following; Concept, Tecom, Integriti, Hills Reliance and Bosch alarm Panels.
- Knowledge and Competency with various CCTV analogue and IP systems;
- Experience with IP Video and Intercom systems.
