BigginScott – Wyndham City, a leading and dynamic Real Estate firm, is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Real Estate Junior Sales Agent. This hands-on role will see you be involved in all aspects of the sales process – from prospecting, discussions with buyers and vendors, inspections, auctions and contract signing.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Building: Your primary responsibility would be to acquire new clients, whether they are buyers looking for properties or sellers looking to list their homes. Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the buying or selling process is crucial.
- Property Market Analysis: Conducting thorough market analysis to stay informed about current market trends, property values, and competition. This knowledge will enable you to advise clients effectively and negotiate deals on their behalf.
- Listing Management: If you're working with sellers, you'll be responsible for creating appealing property listings, including detailed descriptions and high-quality photos or videos. You'll also manage open houses and property showings to attract potential buyers.
- Buyer Representation: If you're working with buyers, you'll assist them in finding properties that meet their criteria, arranging property viewings, and guiding them through the negotiation and purchase process.
- Negotiation Skills: Negotiating the best possible deals for your clients, whether it's securing the highest selling price for a seller or negotiating a favourable purchase price for a buyer.
- Networking and Marketing: Actively networking within the Real Estate community and leveraging various marketing channels to generate leads and promote properties. This might involve attending industry events, utilizing social media, or implementing targeted advertising campaigns.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring all transactions comply with legal requirements and industry regulations. This includes accurately completing paperwork, contracts, and disclosures, and staying up-to-date with any changes in Real Estate laws.
- Continuous Learning and Professional Development: Staying informed about developments in the Real Estate market, industry best practices, and new technologies that can enhance your effectiveness as a Sales Agent.
To be considered you will have:
- Experience working within the Real Estate industry or similar in a sales role
- Minimum qualification of Agents Representative Certificate (or currently enrolled)
- Ability to work Saturdays with your own reliable car and driver’s licence.
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Above all, a passion for all things property and committed to a long term career in Real Estate
